Mommy And Me
This fun class is an opportunity for Mommies to practice yoga with their babes. Through beginners’ postures and breathing used to promote relaxation/stress-reduction, moms and children will leave the class with a feeling of closeness and calmness. Both children and mommies will benefit from this fun relaxing session. An adult must attend with children; this is not a drop-off class!
These series focus on those “problem” areas where we store most of our stress and tension. A 6 week program designated to help alleviate ailments and prevent future discomfort or be focused on toning/strengthening muscles. Programs will vary to focus on different areas.
